Position Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician
We are seeking skilled Electrical Maintenance Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be tasked with maintaining the functionality of electrical systems and machinery. Your responsibilities will include performing both preventive and corrective maintenance on various equipment such as CNC machines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and other production machinery.
You will utilize diagrams, schematics, operational manuals, and manufacturer instructions to identify and resolve issues. Your expertise will be crucial in diagnosing problems by observing equipment in operation, listening for irregularities, and employing precision measuring and testing tools.
Key responsibilities include:
- Dismantling equipment to replace faulty components using hoists, cranes, and hand tools.
- Assessing the condition of parts by examining their structure and texture.
- Educating production staff on preventive maintenance practices to minimize downtime.
- Overseeing the inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies, including placing orders and confirming deliveries.
- Compiling maintenance reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data and trends.
- Enhancing your technical knowledge through participation in workshops and reviewing industry publications.
Essential Skills:

Employment Type: This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity.
Work Environment: This position requires full-time on-site presence.
Compensation: Starting at $26.31/hr for the initial 720 hours, increasing to $27.01+/hr based on experience and performance.
Shift Details: Initial training on the first shift, with flexibility required for subsequent shifts. After the training period, shifts may include 2nd or 3rd, with potential availability for 1st shift.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with overtime on weekends as necessary; expected hours range from 45 to 50 per week.
