Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Fanatics is a leading global digital sports platform that ignites the passions of sports fans worldwide. As a Director of Finance, you will be part of the Finance Team at Fanatics, supporting the Fanatics Brands group, a leading online retailer of officially licensed sports merchandise.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and maintain detailed current year and long-range forecast financial statements, working closely with Finance and Accounting teams.
- Build and maintain models to support planning, forecasting, and external requests, ensuring accurate and timely financial data.
- Partner with Operations, Corporate Finance, and other departments to justify capital expenditure requests, presenting the timing and value of related cash flows.
- Lead the development and presentation of management reporting materials for Operations and Finance leadership, driving accountability and financial planning oversight.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in general ledger accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in finance, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and an MBA preferred.
