This role encompasses the overall management of campus operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as directives from Affinity Operators. The CEO will have comprehensive responsibility for the strategic direction of the CCRC's operations, which include a skilled nursing facility and a state-of-the-art rehabilitation and dialysis center.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Director in a CCRC environment.
  • At least 5 to 10 years of experience in a long-term care setting.
  • Experience with campus diversification of services is advantageous.
  • Possession of a current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) License in Pennsylvania or the ability to obtain it through reciprocity.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, including financial acumen, a strong moral compass, critical thinking abilities, and transparent communication.
