Psychiatric Support Specialist

We're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Psychiatric Technician I to join our team at Northern Light Health. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care.
About the Job:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting patients with daily activities, such as bathing and dressing
- Monitoring patient behavior and reporting changes to the charge nurse
- Participating in group therapy sessions and other therapeutic activities
- Documenting patient care and progress
Working Conditions:
This role requires working in a fast-paced hospital environment, potentially exposing you to stressful situations. You may also be required to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
