  • Crisis Intervention
    • Respond to psychiatric emergencies, such as suicidal ideation or aggressive behavior.
    • Implement de-escalation techniques and therapeutic interventions to ensure patient and staff safety.
    • Coordinate with the crisis response team when necessary.
  • Therapeutic Communication and Support
