Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our team at TEEMA. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates aiming to develop their skills in a professional office setting.

The role focuses on accurately managing and processing workers' compensation claim data, ensuring strict adherence to data privacy and confidentiality regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and maintain case-related information in company systems.
  • Assist with workers' compensation claims, including research and proper case documentation.
  • Gather documentation by communicating with medical and insurance professionals.
  • Monitor return-to-work cases using claims-tracking software.
  • Review case files for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage professional inbound and outbound communication via phone.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree with 1 year of office experience.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (proof required).

Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
