Responsibilities:
The role of Technical Sales Engineer involves providing technical support and application guidance to our sales team.

Ideal candidates will excel in building relationships with clients and possess the ability to think critically and provide effective solutions.

A positive attitude, proactive approach, responsiveness to client needs, and a strong work ethic are essential traits for success in this position.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing and assisting with project designs while applying knowledge of our products
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team to identify appropriate materials and supplies for projects
  • Supporting the sales team with project estimates and layouts
  • Assisting in the onboarding and development of new team members

Job Skills:
  • Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel) with strong typing abilities
  • Capability to interpret blueprints
  • Solid understanding of our products/services and broader industry insights
  • Analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly
  • Ability to foster and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Openness to adapt to change

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam layout software is preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work in an office setting for extended periods
