Job Description

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading the store team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales through effective marketing and upselling strategies. This is a full-time, non-exempt position, requiring open availability (Monday through Sunday, 6A - 10PM).

Key Accountabilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for health and great food, and promoting our mission to customers.
  • Maintain overall store hygiene and cleanliness, adhering to high standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
  • 1-5 years of previous store team member experience within a retail, food, or nutrition environment preferred.
  • Experience in team management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Professional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
Estimated Salary Range

$40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
