Responsibilities- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and modalities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring patient-centered care and addressing complex needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and incidents in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a social or health services field, with relevant clinical experience.
- Prior experience in an addiction recovery and/or MAT environment is preferred.
- CADC certification is preferred, but not required.
