Treatment Specialist

Job Description
Pinnacle Treatment Centers is a leading provider of addiction treatment services, serving over 35,000 patients daily. As a Treatment Specialist, you will play a critical role in saving lives by promoting a supportive environment for long-term recovery.
Responsibilities:
- Assess new referrals for appropriate level of care referral.
- Determine the need for therapeutic medical, psycho-social, and psychiatric evaluations.
- Coordinate services with counselors and medical case managers.
- Monitor cases by verifying patient attendance, observing and evaluating response to treatment, advocating for needed services, obtaining additional resources, intervening in crises, and providing widespread support.
- Assist with discharge plans and aftercare referrals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in the Human Service field from an accredited college or university.
- Previous experience in case management and/or utilization review.
