Job Summary

Ethos Veterinary Health is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Center Liaison. As a key member of our service center team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and referring veterinarians, while developing strong relationships with our hospital teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide superior service to clients and referring veterinarians through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all needs are met in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Emergency Response: Act as the frontline for all emergency calls, exercising a calm and compassionate demeanor to resolve critical situations.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Book client appointments with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring seamless communication with our hospital teams.
  • Protocol Interpretation: Accurately interpret Ethos protocols to provide solutions to resolve client and referring veterinarians' inquiries.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process emails, transfer medical records, and perform other administrative tasks to support the service center team.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service or veterinarian client care experience.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to deal with emotionally charged client scenarios, strong communication skills, and good judgment and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment

This is a full-time, work-from-home position with a rotating shift schedule, preferably evenings. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing unsurpassed veterinary health care to patients.

Compensation

The starting compensation for this position is based on experience and ranges between $17-$20 per hour.
