The Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to drive user retention for our Earned Wage Access product. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing a product strategy that enhances the user experience, increases customer engagement, and fosters long-term relationships with our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver product solutions that meet user needs and drive business outcomes
  • Develop and execute a product strategy that prioritizes user retention and growth
  • Collaborate with our support team, marketing team, and customer intelligence teams to gather feedback and insights that inform product decisions
  • Work closely with our engineering and product design teams to ensure seamless product execution
  • Develop go-to-market strategies that drive user adoption and retention
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on user retention and growth
  • Strong data analysis skills, including SQL, with a proven track record of interpreting and utilizing data to drive product decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with product designers, researchers, and user behavior experts
  • Ability to gather requirements from multiple stakeholders and codify them into actionable user stories
  • Metrics-driven approach to product development and decision-making
