About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple programs simultaneously, including Secure Residential Treatment, Non-Secure Residential Treatment, Residential Crisis Stabilization, and Supportive Housing. This is a full-time, day position based in Springfield, Oregon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage clinical services and treatment provision within assigned region
  • Supervise Residential Therapists and document supervision activities
  • Oversee program staff performance assessment, use of data, reporting, program evaluation, quality assurance, and developing and coordinating community resources
  • Provide clinical leadership and management to multiple facilities and/or programs at once
Requirements
  • Master's degree in mental health field
  • Licensure as Oregon LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist strongly preferred
  • Three years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
  • Minimum one year of management/managerial experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to provide licensure supervision preferred
  • Understanding and awareness of diversity, equity and inclusion, and ability to assist with carrying out organizational goals in this area
