Servicing clients across various sectors, your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, executing operational expertise, building management teams, and recommending methods for service improvement and growth. In partnership with Finance, you will assist in optimizing financial performance and operational productivity while ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining Aramark's standards.

About the Role

  • Manage a team providing operational expertise and execute operations management.
  • Develop and implement plans to provide optimal service and drive employee and customer satisfaction.
  • Build, develop, and lead a management team and staff capable of carrying out organizational objectives.
  • Recommend methods, resources, and implementation for service improvement and growth based on understanding of operational needs, capabilities, & contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with Finance to optimize financial performance and operational productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and codes and maintain associated records and reports.
  • Maintain Aramark's standards of operation including safety standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred in an area of Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.
  • Ability to focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship, and building a strong business is essential.
  • Savvy interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff.
  • Comfortable reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements.
  • Meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment.
  • Proven ability leading through other managers.
  • Experience creating and managing a department budget, financial controls, and analysis.
  • Experience crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing/independent living facilities.

What We Offer

  • $150,000 - $250,000 annual salary range, commensurate with experience.
