The Position:
As a key member of the a la carte kitchen line, you will be responsible for preparing dishes for lunch or dinner service, depending on your designated role. Your responsibilities will include:
- Cooking and preparing food items according to the club's specifications and standards.
- Adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Collaborating with chefs and team members regarding production requirements, maintenance issues, and any concerns.
- Monitoring and rotating products to ensure freshness and quality.
- Assisting in the preparation of banquet events as necessary.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by management.
The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented individual who enjoys learning and creating memorable experiences for all guests.
Essential Skills:
