Customer Experience Specialist

Norman's Gift Shops, Inc. is seeking a skilled and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing personalized service, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver a memorable customer experience by infusing our Customer CARE program into store culture.
* Show initiative, be a team player, and exemplify excellence in every aspect of the customer experience.
* Meet store-specific Crown Rewards program enrollment goals consistently.
* Learn and efficiently use our register system to ensure a pleasant point of sale experience for customers.
* Accountable for cash register accuracy and basic mathematical skills.
* Learn and utilize outstanding selling skills during customer interactions to build sales and drive customer satisfaction.
* Proactively learn retail product knowledge for all merchandise to use when selling to customers.
* Maintain and restock displays as directed by store management.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.
Estimated Salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per year based on location and experience.

Basic Qualifications:
* Must be 16 years of age or older.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
* Strong aptitude for basic math functions, including percentages and general arithmetic.
* Ability to continuously stand/walk; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach above shoulders/kneel; climb a ladder, and carry up to 40 pounds.
