Job Summary

As a Medical Support Specialist at North Shore Inc, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support in a dynamic medical environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet patients and escort them to exam rooms with a warm and welcoming smile
* Document vital signs, allergies, medications, and reason for office visits with accuracy and attention to detail
* Provide front office support as needed, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with healthcare professionals
* Perform basic vitals like blood pressure, height, and weight with precision and care
* Assist with phlebotomy and injections as required, demonstrating a commitment to patient safety and well-being

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent work experience is required; a graduate of an accredited medical assisting program is preferred but not necessary
* CPR certification through the American Heart Association is mandatory; Medical Assistant Certification (AMT or AAMA) is preferred but not required
* One year of work experience is required, with previous experience working in a medical office or related field being a plus
