Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Support Professional to join our team at North Shore Inc. As a Medical Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our medical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
  • Collect co-payments and process patient registration
  • Provide administrative support to the physician practice
  • Check in and check out patients, verify insurances, and greet patients
  • Document vital signs, allergies, medications, and reason for office visit
  • Perform basic vitals, phlebotomy, and injections as required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • CPR certification through the American Heart Association
  • Medical Assistant Certification (AMT or AAMA) preferred but not required
  • One year of work experience in a medical office or related field
