The GCS collaborates closely with cross-functional brand teams to uphold the integrity of the creative output. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Creative Development and Execution

Accountable for all facets of copy across designated brands, ensuring a balance between client goals and the agency's creative vision.

Collaborative Engagement

Works in close partnership with various team members to achieve and sustain the creative vision set for the brands and the agency.

Strategic Insight

Possesses a thorough understanding of marketing strategies, objectives, and metrics for success.

Client Relations

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creative Development and Execution

  • Directs and contributes to copy content for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and originality.
  • Guides the creation of engaging language tailored for diverse audiences across multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Offers art direction insights related to creative concepts.
  • Innovates bold creative ideas to support brand objectives while managing daily copy requirements.
  • Actively participates in agency/client review processes, addressing inconsistencies and collaborating with supervisors and account services.
  • Demonstrates consistent effectiveness across various projects and brands.

Collaborative Engagement

  • Fosters positive relationships with different agency departments, including Editorial, Account, Strategy, and Project Management.
  • Communicates effectively with team members regarding timelines, revisions, quality assurance, and new initiatives.
  • Collaborates closely with Art partners to develop and implement creative strategies that convey brand identity and messaging.

EDUCATION:

DEGREE/DIPLOMA AREA OF STUDY REQUIRED/PREFERRED

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field - Preferred

EXPERIENCE:

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AREA OF EXPERTISE REQUIRED

2-6 years of experience in Advertising/Marketing - Preferred

Experience in Pharmaceutical Advertising - Preferred

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel) or equivalent software.

Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Acrobat, InDesign) is a plus.

  • Knowledgeable in social media and digital best practices.
  • Understanding of healthcare copywriting standards, including AMA style and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
