Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee all operations at our local branch in Marysville, WA. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading by example, inspiring others to perform at their highest potential, and maintaining a professional appearance at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and lead a high-performing team, sourcing, interviewing, hiring, training, and developing talented individuals.
  2. Ensure maximum branch performance by managing operations to maximize financial success, maintaining employment and payroll levels, and balancing work hours and overtime.
  3. Conduct monthly profit and loss reviews to understand business trends, identify areas for improvement, and estimate profit projections.
  4. Monitor key metrics, including equipment utilization, underperforming assets, warranty recovery, billed mechanical hours, aged receivables, and customer satisfaction.
  5. Effectively communicate information to ensure everyone on your team is on the same page, keeping management informed of issues and actions taken to improve them.
  6. Identify and resolve conflicts, establishing reasonable and measurable goals with well-defined expectations for the position and team members.
  7. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations.
About You

We're looking for a motivated and experienced professional with at least 3-4 years of rental industry experience, preferably in a management role. You should have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and authorization to work in the US without sponsorship. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to adapt to our fast-paced company and stay continuously educated on our latest products and services.
