Position Summary:

The Non-Certified Nurse Aide will provide essential support to the Nursing Department and assist staff in various capacities.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Make beds for residents.
  • Label clothing and personal items of residents.
  • Deliver meal trays and assist with basic meal setup, including feeding if competency is demonstrated.
  • Serve food and clear dishes in the dining area.
  • Transport residents to different areas within the facility, such as dining rooms and activity areas.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

  • Effective communication skills with residents and their families.
