Hiring Now: Part-Time CNA with Autism Experience for Private Duty Care

Position Overview:Join our team in Bolivar, TN, and bring your expertise to a fulfilling role as a Private Duty CNA. This part-time position is ideal for a compassionate professional experienced in supporting individuals with autism. In this role, you'll provide essential one-on-one care within the comfort of a home environment, making a tangible difference in the life of your patient.

Qualifications:

* CNA Certification: Required, active in Tennessee
* Relevant Experience: Previous experience with autism care or developmental disabilities

Location: Bolivar, TN

Weekly Schedule:

* Friday: 3:30 PM - 8:30 PM
* Saturday: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
* Sunday: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Responsibilities

* Responsible for assisting clients with either personal care or home management tasks
* This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
* Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

* Minimum age requirements is 18 years
* Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
* Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
* Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience as an aide
* Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
