About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Support Associate to join our team at Minnesota Oncology. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide collaborative nursing support, including assistance with patient flow, lab follow-up calls, and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain efficient patient flow and ensure a smooth experience for our patients.
  • Room patients, take vitals, perform lab draws, and administer injections as needed.
  • Perform other duties as requested or assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Medical Assistant - Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program.
  • Current CPR Certification is required.
  • Current Certified MA or Registered MA is preferred (must be willing to obtain certification/registration within 6 months of hire).
  • 2-3 years of experience preferred, with oncology experience being highly beneficial.
