Position Overview
The role is essential in ensuring that all guests receive service that meets the standards of Pick Up Stix.
Key Responsibilities
The following duties are critical to the performance of this position. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management as necessary.
Collaboration
Assist in operations by undertaking any assigned tasks to guarantee the restaurant meets its performance standards.
Quality Assurance
Adhere to all Quality Visitation Review protocols.
Maintain a safe and efficient working environment at all times.
Understand and manage portion sizes for various menu offerings.
Ensure consistent food quality and portion control.
Sales Performance
Utilize the MICROS system to process guest orders.
Engage in suggestive selling with every guest interaction.
Address and resolve guest complaints in a tactful and professional manner.
Comply with all Secret Shopper standards.
Maintain awareness of guest needs to ensure service aligns with Pick Up Stix expectations.
Service Quality
Comprehend the restaurant's operational flow and communicate accurate service times.
Handle incoming calls in accordance with operational guidelines.
Consistently complete side work to ensure cleanliness and proper stocking of areas.
Prepare take-out bags and ensure all take-out orders are packed correctly.
Deliver dine-in orders to guest tables and follow up with guests.
Maintain a tidy dining area at all times.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not include supervisory duties.
Qualifications
The Front of House Team Member must be capable of performing all listed job duties satisfactorily. Education and Experience
Less than a high school education, or
One to three months of related experience or training, or
An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and understand documents such as safety rules and operational instructions.
Ability to communicate effectively with groups of customers or employees.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to perform calculations involving discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.

Regularly:
