Salario Base para el Analista de Soporte Técnico:

Salario: $30 - $35 por hora

Experiencia requerida para el Analista de Soporte Técnico:

  • Un mínimo de 3 años de experiencia laboral en el campo de la tecnología de la información.
  • Antecedentes limpios sin cargos legales pendientes.
  • Capacidad para aprobar una prueba de drogas y alcohol al momento de la contratación y de forma aleatoria.
  • Licencia de conducir válida.
  • Poseer un vehículo asegurado y registrado.
  • Los no ciudadanos de EE. UU. deben tener visa de trabajo o tarjeta de residencia vigente.
  • Se requiere haber completado la educación secundaria o equivalente.

Entorno de Trabajo para el Analista de Soporte Técnico:

Los técnicos realizarán las siguientes funciones:

  • Responder, evaluar y priorizar solicitudes de asistencia de personal que experimenta problemas con hardware, software, redes y otros temas relacionados con TI.
  • Escalar problemas complejos al soporte de Nivel 2 proporcionando un informe detallado de los pasos realizados.
  • Instalar paquetes de software y mantener la gestión de configuración del sistema para proporcionar una experiencia de usuario consistente a los usuarios finales.
  • Solucionar problemas de redes, procesos internos, problemas informáticos, alimentación de cámaras y cualquier otra tecnología utilizada por los productos de Servicios de Campo.
  • Mantener registros del trabajo en progreso y de los trabajos completados.
  • Mantener un nivel moderado de competencia en el software y aplicaciones soportadas por TI.
  • Asistir en tareas diversas según sea necesario.
  • Se requiere levantar hasta 50 libras en apoyo a instalaciones de hardware.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en áreas de control de radiación.
