Job Summary

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill seeks a skilled CRM Technical Analyst to join the Enrollment Systems team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting technology solutions to advance the mission of the Division of Enrollment.

Reporting to the Systems and Operations lead for Admissions, you will work closely with leadership, staff, and external partners to define requirements, design, configure, develop, test, implement, and support Slate technology solutions and business processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical analysis, experience with Technolutions Slate, and excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and support Slate technology solutions and business processes
  • Collaborate with leadership, staff, and external partners to define requirements and design solutions
  • Develop and maintain Slate functionality, including forms and queries
  • Provide technical support and training to staff
  • Assist in developing Slate reports and queries to enhance operations and decision-making

Requirements:

  • Master's degree and 1-2 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience
  • Technical analyst experience with Technolutions Slate
  • Experience as a Systems/Business Analyst
  • Experience with query tools, relational databases, and programming languages such as SQL

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions or a similar ERP system
  • Experience with the development life cycle from beginning to end
