Masonry Project Manager

A distinguished and reputable leader in the construction industry is seeking an experienced Masonry Project Manager to join their team. With a legacy spanning decades, they take pride in delivering superior quality and service to their clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple masonry construction projects simultaneously, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, develop project plans, and establish project timelines and deliverables.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress, identify potential issues or risks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Communicate regularly with project team members, providing direction, support, and guidance to ensure that project objectives are met on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, proposals, change orders, and progress reports, and ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses, tracking costs and expenditures to ensure that projects are completed within budget and in accordance with financial forecasts.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally to maintain client satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on masonry construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of masonry materials, techniques, and best practices, as well as relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
  • OSHA certification and other relevant safety certifications are preferred.
