About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Analyst to join our team at General Dynamics Information Technology. As a Program Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our intelligence customer in Springfield, VA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical, administrative, and operational support to contractor leadership
  • Participate in the execution of technical project plans, reports, and task order and administrative reporting
  • Support planning efforts and provide recommendations on program events
  • Interact with various levels of both the contractor and government program management office to support taskings and requests for information
  • Support development and quality assurance of project deliverables and products
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned
  • Participate in special projects as required
Requirements
  • BA/BS and 2+ years of related job experience or an equivalent combination of years of experience and education
  • Must demonstrate success and comfort in working with a diverse workforce, working alongside technical professionals in various levels of expertise
  • Outstanding time management – ability to manage deadlines and quickly adapt to changes
  • Demonstrated decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous federal contracting experience. Previous experiences supporting Department of Defense (DOD) Programs is preferred
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is strongly preferred
