We pride ourselves on our engineering and metallurgy expertise, strict maintenance protocols, and a focus on continuous improvement, which ensures that our customers remain loyal and satisfied.


*SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION*

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate mixers to fill core boxes efficiently.
2. Pack sand using manual techniques or power tools.
3. Transport core boxes manually or with a hoist.
4. Fin, patch, repair, and inspect cores as required.
5. Apply a hardening spray to patched cores.
6. Paint cores using spray guns or dipping methods as necessary.
7. Utilize hydraulic rebar cutters/benders and bench grinders when needed.
8. Follow specifications and instructions meticulously.
9. Operate core ovens for baking cores, including loading and unloading trays and racks.
10. Execute core wash procedures and check binder levels.
11. Operate Laempe and Core Machines as required.
12. Use forklifts as necessary for operations.
13. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.
14. Maintain accurate records and perform related duties as assigned.
15. Assist machine operators and the core department under supervision.
16. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
17. Undertake additional tasks as directed by supervisors.
