We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team at Spherion. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the timely delivery of products to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload material utilizing a pallet jack within a warehouse or storage facility
  • Perform duties that may include picking, packing, scanning, kitting or counting products
  • Use a barcode scanner and warehouse management system
  • Work in a safe manner that protects you and your team members
  • Inspect and identify product
  • Read and understand numerous work instructions
  • Stand, sit or walk for long periods of time
  • Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
  • Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull

Requirements:

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled environments
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work on a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Willingness to submit to and pass a background check
