The Role

We're seeking a Senior Manager to lead R&D Tax Credit engagements, including those related to Section 174. As a Senior Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, conduct technical interviews, review calculations, and assess deliverables. You'll also provide technical guidance, participate in business development, and communicate with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee R&D Tax Credit and Section 174 engagements
  • Conduct technical interviews and review calculations
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members
  • Participate in business development and client communication
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in R&D Tax Credit and Section 174 analyses
  • Bachelor's and/or advanced degree in Accounting, Engineering, or related field
  • Advanced credential allowing for client representation before the IRS
  • Self-starter with initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
