Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to join our Hospice team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care and light household services to our patients in their homes, under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with light household services, such as laundry and meal preparation
  • Support patients with their medical needs, as directed by the Registered Nurse
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Home Health Aide/Homemaker or CNA certification from a Minnesota Department of Health approved program
  • Basic Life Support certification
  • Valid State of MN Driver's License and properly insured motor vehicle
