We are seeking a highly motivated Roadway Design Engineer to join our team at Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced engineers to develop innovative solutions for transportation-related projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in civil engineering principles and excellent communication skills. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting senior engineers in a variety of tasks, including planning and design. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior engineers in planning and design tasks
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for transportation-related projects
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at an ABET-accredited institution
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments
  • Experience with design software tools such as MicroStation preferred
