Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and regulate the operations of pipeline systems for various projects.
- Optimize pressures, linepack, and horsepower requirements while ensuring efficient receipts and deliveries across the pipeline network.
- Collaborate with field operations teams to address customer inquiries and implement outage management strategies.
- This position necessitates working a 12-hour rotating shift, including nights and weekends, while maintaining a vigilant focus on operational tasks.
- Be prepared for occasional overtime with little advance notice.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, is essential. Note: Candidates may be evaluated for different levels within the Controller job family based on their experience.
- A minimum of four years of experience in the Energy Sector or Gas Control is required for this level. Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under stringent deadlines is crucial.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred, particularly with familiarity in pipeline systems, compressor stations, or gas supply operations.
- Skills in planning, organization, and problem-solving are advantageous.
