**About the Role**
We are seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to oversee all aspects of our quality management system. The successful candidate will ensure our products and services meet the high standards of quality our customers expect.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and standards, including HACCP and PCQI.
* Lead and manage a team of quality control technicians to ensure best practices are followed and quality standards are met.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all manufacturing processes.
* Conduct regular quality assessments on incoming materials and outgoing products.
* Work closely with manufacturing staff to ensure proper execution of the quality program.
* Train and guide staff on new processes and standards.
* Handle and resolve any issues or problems identified during quality assessments.
* Report to top management on the performance of the QMS.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality Manager role within the food manufacturing industry.
* Proven experience with Continuous Improvement.
* Excellent leadership and management skills.
* Highly skilled in analyzing complex data and developing actionable plans.
* Excellent relationship management skills.
* Strong project management and change management skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
