Responsabilidades del Ingeniero de Sistemas de Automatización:

  • Analizar procesos de planta, diseñar e implementar mejoras.
  • Resolver problemas con hardware y procesos.
  • Planificar mantenimiento preventivo.
  • Colaborar con otros para detectar problemas e implementar soluciones.
  • Asegurar que se mantengan los estándares de calidad y seguridad.

Requisitos del Ingeniero de Sistemas de Automatización:

  • Título universitario en ingeniería, eléctrica, manufactura o ingeniería mecánica preferido.
  • Industrias - Uno o más de: Semiconductores, Ciencias de la Vida, Automatización de Edificios, Alimentos y Bebidas, Tratamiento de Agua y manufactura general.
  • Programación de PLC.
  • Conversiones de PLC-5 a ControlLogix.
  • Comprensión profunda de la plataforma Emerson DeltaV.
  • Plataformas de hardware/software de PLC como Rockwell Automation, Siemens y Modicon.
  • Plataformas de hardware/software HMI/SCADA como Servidores, VM's, Redes, Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk y Plant Pax, Aveva System Platform y Edge, Inductive Automation Ignition, GE iFIX, Siemens Winn CC y TI Portal.
  • Plataformas de hardware/software DCS como Emerson DeltaV o similar.
  • Instrumentación.
  • Redes – ethernet, etc.
  • Liderar proyectos como Gerente de Proyectos (PM) pero no como un PM a gran escala, este es un rol de ingeniería de proyectos práctico.
  • Experiencia interactuando con clientes.
  • Lotes/Recetas, OEE, MES y sistemas ERP.
  • Viajar hasta un 25%, mayormente local.

Deseable:

  • AutoCAD.
  • Certificación PMP.
  • Semiconductores.
  • Diseño de esquemas eléctricos y paneles de control, incluyendo distribución de energía bajo 480VAC y referencias NEC asociadas.
  • Experiencia en la industria de Ciencias de la Vida.
