The Supervisor acts as a key communicator, ensuring that work orders are accurately conveyed to technicians and parts suppliers. You will also manage the timely processing of any returns.

Service Advisors are expected to conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism, representing the brand standards by delivering high-quality customer experiences. All candidates should value honesty and integrity highly.


Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Driving record acceptable to our insurance provider.
  • Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in automotive repair preferred.
  • Proficient in Windows-based software and automotive applications.
  • Experience in automotive customer service and sales.
  • ASE certification in service management or equivalent experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Physical Requirements:
The physical demands outlined here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this role:

  • Ability to remain on your feet for most of the workday (standing, walking, etc.).
  • Occasional lifting and carrying of objects over 50 lbs.
  • Maintaining a brisk pace in a high-volume environment.
