We are currently seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Specialists to join our team at Amotec Inc. in Mentor, Ohio.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in basic math skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. This role offers opportunities for growth and development, making it an excellent choice for individuals looking to start their career in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading parts from pallets to conveyors and vice versa
  • Cleaning and organizing workstations, including sweeping, cleaning equipment, and disposing of waste
  • Operating band saws and plasma cutters safely and efficiently
  • Packing and counting parts, as well as verifying quantities
  • Loading parts onto conveyor lines and ensuring proper flow
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols
  • Assisting in the training and development of new team members

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred
  • Able to work cross shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment

Benefits:

  • $15-17 per hour, depending on shift
  • All shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
