As a Mental Health Coach, you will work with families to address a wide range of behavioral and emotional challenges. You will meet with clients weekly, collaborate with a care team, and provide relationship-based support combined with an understanding of systemic needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and family therapy to adolescents, young adults, and families
  • Collaborate with a care team to support the family as a whole
  • Develop and implement holistic support plans
  • Work with clients to build strong relationships and improve emotional wellness

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Counseling
  • Licensure is not required, but it is preferred
  • Experience working with adolescents, young adults, and families providing individual and family therapy
  • Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate with team members
  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including evenings and weekends
