The Manufacturing Team Leader will manage daily operations within the production area, executing the weekly production plan for assigned sections under the direction of the Operations Manager and Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will take the initiative to gain certification for operating our main equipment, with comprehensive support from our team. We will cover the expenses for the certification course and your time commitment to it.

Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas Include:
  • Effectively organize staff deployment to meet daily objectives while overseeing night production personnel
  • Ensure the precise completion of all required documentation for the assigned section
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance to maintain SQF standards and protocols
  • Uphold a high standard of Product Quality Control
  • Supervise equipment upkeep, disassembly, and assembly with assistance from Maintenance personnel
  • Manage Daily Sanitation tasks within the facility
Physical Requirements:
  • Regular walking and continuous standing for up to 2-hour intervals
  • Ability to lift and move with both arms, occasionally exerting up to 30 lbs and with assistance up to 50 lbs
  • Full range of motion for various physical activities
  • Stability on wet production surfaces and manual dexterity for handling products
Work Environment:
  • Operate in a facility with fluctuating temperatures and surfaces
