Job Summary:

As a Pharmacy Manager at Walgreens, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide exceptional patient care and services. Your primary goal will be to ensure the pharmacy operates efficiently and effectively, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and engagement

Collaborate with healthcare providers to promote preventive care and disease management

Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory management, staffing, and budgeting

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution

Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district

At least 1 year of pharmacy experience, including prescription filling, recordkeeping, and pharmacy operations

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
