Job Opportunity

Crunch Fitness - CR Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Personal Training Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing effective training programs, and leading a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for personal trainers, focusing on customer service, sales, and operational excellence
  • Lead and manage a team of personal trainers, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results, including sales, marketing, and operations
  • Conduct regular business reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the fitness industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results
