The Patient Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families by greeting and interviewing them to obtain necessary information and signatures for treatment. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive experience for all patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute patient informational materials while maintaining HIPAA guidelines.
- Direct and/or escort patients to the appropriate department or floor.
- Provide comprehensive on-the-job training to new team members.
Requirements:
