Position Overview:
This role is for a BAS/HVAC Controls Specialist with a focus on delivering tailored HVAC control and building management solutions for various projects, including both new installations and retrofits. The emphasis is on critical commercial environments such as healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and data centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC control systems.
  • Develop automation programs and commission new systems.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and maintain comprehensive site documentation.
  • Oversee operations in the greater Galveston and South Houston area.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in building automation or HVAC controls.
  • Proficiency in BACnet/Modbus systems integration.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Schneider Electric, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Automated Logic, Trane, Honeywell, Distech, or similar.

Preferred:
  • Experience with Tridium Niagara N4.
  • Knowledge of BAS programming.
  • Background in healthcare, data centers, or educational facilities.
  • Experience in critical facilities.
