Job Summary

The Marketing Automation Manager will play a key role in the Marketing Technical Operations team, reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Tech Ops.

This role will be responsible for building and executing marketing automation programs in Pardot, including emails, nurture programs, lead scoring updates, landing pages, and list and database management.

The Marketing Automation Manager will collaborate with various teams across the business on marketing campaigns, lead acceleration strategy, and campaign implementation.

This individual will execute programs and report on metrics to ensure proper database management, lead flow, routing, and progression.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy emails tied to various marketing activities, including events, email nurtures, engagement studios, list uploads, and more.
  • Demonstrate expertise and drive consistency with campaign setup, deployment, and measurement.
  • Work with Revenue Marketing stakeholders to meet expected deadlines, communicate effectively, and manage a queue of work.
  • Deploy email testing, improve open rates, CTR, engagement, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with other team members on Pardot best practices, email design, testing, and audience segmentation.
  • Stay current with best practices and industry standards related to spam compliance and data privacy regulations.
  • Support business stakeholders with list acquisition as needed.
  • Support system and data migration projects as needed.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, especially in email marketing and database management.
  • Extensive knowledge of Pardot, HTML, CSS, and Salesforce.
  • HubSpot knowledge is a nice-to-have.
  • Experience building and designing in Pardot as well as deploying email programs.
