Our client, a reputable and expanding Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with several clinics in Northwest Indiana, is seeking experienced Certified Nurse-Midwives for various locations.

Work Environment:
Most clinics are conveniently located within a 30-40 minute commute from a major urban center, ensuring accessibility for both work and leisure. This organization prioritizes a healthy work/life balance and offers flexible scheduling to accommodate personal needs.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $140,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, employees benefit from a total of 240 hours of Paid Time Off, which includes vacation, personal time, and Continuing Medical Education (CME).
