Key Responsibilities:

· Facilitate and oversee internal and subcontractor teams on mission-critical construction assignments, including new builds and upgrades in BMS, EPMS, mechanical, electrical, and structural domains.

· Ensure a safe working environment.

· Leverage expertise to assist project management teams with planning, scheduling, coordination, and project closeout.

· Provide technical guidance and support to field crews during daily construction operations.

· Deliver construction and scheduling updates to the project management team.

· Aid in the coordination of client submissions, site logistics plans, and as-built documentation.

· Support the management of RFIs and maintain the necessary logs.

· Participate in site visits and bid walks with clients and subcontractors.

· Collaborate with estimating and project teams to support RFQs and bid submissions.

· Foster positive relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

· 3-5 years of experience in Mission Critical and Data Center construction.

· Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, structural, architectural trades, and industrial construction practices.

· Experience with BMS and EPMS systems construction, integration, and commissioning tasks.

· Proficient in using personal computers and company communication tools, including Microsoft Office products.

· Proven ability to work in a dynamic team environment with multiple stakeholders.

· Capacity to multitask in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.

· Keen attention to detail.

· Solution-oriented with robust problem-solving abilities.

· Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

· Ability to pass background checks.

· Must be eligible to work for any U.S. employer without sponsorship.

Physical Requirements: Intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting up to 20 pounds. Exposure to dust, gas, fumes, noise, temperature extremes, and work at heights may occur.
