Position Overview
This role encompasses responsibilities as a Manufacturing Process Specialist, focusing on both operational and sanitation tasks within our production environment. You will primarily engage in processing activities, with the potential to assist in sanitation duties based on operational demands.

Sanitation Responsibilities
As a sanitation team member, your key duties will include:

  • Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing production and packaging machinery.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and production lines.
  • Utilizing strong cleaning agents and hot water safely.
  • Ensuring all facilities, including outdoor areas, are well-maintained.

Process Operation Responsibilities
The Manufacturing Process Specialist will be tasked with:

  • Safely operating process-related machinery and control systems.
  • Monitoring and optimizing plant performance through data analysis.
  • Collecting and reporting key performance metrics.
  • Conducting analytical checks and making necessary adjustments.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting process deviations.
  • Implementing improvements for enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
  • Utilizing computer tools for daily tasks effectively.
  • Aligning operational activities with overall business objectives.

Requirements
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
  • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions.
