We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Hotel Retlaw in Fond Du Lac, WI. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and leading a team of front desk staff.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel services and amenities.
- Front Desk Operations
- Supervise the front desk team to ensure efficient and effective operation of the front desk.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, including verifying reservations and processing payments.
- Team Leadership
- Train and develop front desk staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
- Coach and counsel staff to improve performance and address any issues or concerns.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with managing guest complaints and issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
- Education
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role required.
- Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
