Summary/Objective: We are seeking a detail-oriented Broadband Customer Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will provide essential support to our plant supervisors, ensuring smooth operations. In addition, the Customer Experience Coordinator will provide direct support to customers in person, on the phone and via email.

Essential Job Functions: Specific duties include, but are not limited, to the following:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Process service orders and account changes.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
  • Schedule installations and service appointments.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on service metrics.
  • Manage inventory of broadband equipment.
  • Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for service issues.
  • Contribute to the development of customer service procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and improvement initiatives.

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.?

Position Requirements

Required Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Driving license required, must be auto insurable.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in the telecommunications or broadband industry
